Shipping policy

Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders, excluding Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and the Chatham Islands. Please contact us before purchasing for a shipping quote to these locations. Freight charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the dimensions of the items being shipped.

A copy of your tax invoice and tracking details will be sent to you the following day that order gets dispatched.

-If you paid via Bank Transfer, it might take 1-2 business days for the payment to clear; your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.
